The NAC DCRM System authentication uses Single Sign On with your existing Microsoft Account provided by your company. This is the same type of authentication that is used when sharing SharePoint sites or Teams between companies.
If you are attempting to log in to the NAC DCRM System, you have most likely already been invited to a Microsoft 365 Guest Account in the NAC International Microsoft 365 Tenant. The Microsoft Guest account is the same type of account used to provide access to SharePoint to share files or join a Microsoft Team with other NAC International personnel.
Please take a moment to accept the invitation and access the NAC DCRM System using the new authentication method, if you have not yet done so. The invitation will direct you to the Microsoft My Apps for your Guest account on the NAC Microsoft 365 Tenant once you accept it, or you can go there directly now by following this link:
In the future you will continue to access the NAC DCRM System using the same links you have always used at external.nacintl.com.
To understand more about how the authentication works, please take a moment to review the details at the following link:
If you have issues with Multifactor Authentication when accessing the NAC DCRM System with the new authentication, this link will take you directly to some setup and troubleshooting steps for the Multifactor Authentication specifically:
If you have any trouble accessing the new authentication, please let us know by sending an email to help@nacintl.com and someone from NAC IT will reach out to help you.
Thank you,
