You can follow these steps to check if a Windows update is needed, at times our workstations run very slow due to needed updates to Windows. Do this before proceeding with any other fix to your workstations.
- Click on the Windows symbol on your task bar below.
- Now type 'update' and click on 'Check for Updates'.
- Now click on the drop-down arrow and bring up a list, click on 'Check online for updates from Microsoft Update'
